Oops, I thought I had replied to you! Sorry!

The strangest thing happened; I had the soup in the fridge and the next time I took it out and reheated it it tasted fine. No more sour taste. I'm starting to wonder if I just hallucinated the taste to begin with. Or can putting it in the fridge alter the taste?
