I'm using RecipeShelf -- http://recipeshelf.net/ -- and currently like it very much. It does require that you have webspace to put it on, but then you can access it from anywhere you have Internet access. Try it out and see if you like it.

I know you asked the question a while ago, and I'm surprised you didn't get any comments! (:
