:D Scones! I'm personally partial to plain scones with golden syrup, and to sultana or date scones - but cheese scones are also very popular here (for good reason) - add a couple of good handfuls of grated cheese to the mixture when you're mixing in the milk, and sprinkle a bit more cheese over the top of each scone.
